How much does the shipping + handling cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4 for all orders under $40. All orders $40 and up are eligible for free shipping.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped from within the United States. US customers will receive their order in about 3 days. Our Mexican and Canadian neighbors will receive your order in about 5 days.
For international orders, your package will arrive anywhere from 8-20 days. Australia and New Zealand usually take 12 days. Our EU customers generally see 11 days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Packages are shipped either through USPS or UPS. To track your order, click here.
I ordered the wrong product, too many products, etc. Can I change it?
You have 24 hours from purchase to edit or cancel your order. After the 24 hour processing time, your order will be shipped out to you. Please email us at Support@MiFacial.com and we will resolve any issues immediately.
What is your replacement/return policy?
All of our orders have a 30 day return policy. Because of the nature of the products, we do not accept returns for used products. The product must be in the original package. If a product arrives damaged, then we will send you another.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by McAfee SECURE. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
