Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Packages are shipped either through USPS or UPS. To track your order, click here
I ordered the wrong product, too many products, etc. Can I change it?
Our fulfillment team sends out the orders is the order they receive them. Some days your order is shipped out in a few hours, other days it may take up 48 hours. It is completely dependent on how busy the season is (expect longer during the Holidays). Please email us at Support@MiFacial.com and we will try to resolve it. If your order already shipped out, you can return it to us, unopened, for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee.
What is your replacement/return policy?
All of our orders have a 30 day return policy. Because of the nature of the products, we do not accept returns for used products. The product must be in the original package. If a product arrives damaged, then we will send you another.
