There is some important information you must read below for requesting a refund:
• If a product that you ordered was damaged or doesn't work properly, email us at Support@mifacial.com and we will send you out a new product free of charge.
• If we sent you the wrong product, we will let you keep the wrong product and will mail your correct product out to you free of charge.
• We do not accept returns of used skincare items due to health laws and regulations.
• Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Imporant Information About Order Cancellations
Our fulfillment team sends out the orders is the order they receive them. Some days your order is shipped out in a few hours, other days it may take up 72 hours. It is completely dependent on how busy the season is (expect longer during the Holidays). Please email us at Support@MiFacial.com and we will try to resolve it. If your order already shipped out, you can return it to us, unopened, for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we have received your returned item, we will credit the same card you used to make your purchase. Most credit and banking companies take 3-5 business days to process this request. In some cases, it may take longer for your credit to appear.
